Private Retreats & Expeditions
Disconnect from the intensity of life and discover a new version of yourself through a guided nature excursion or cabin retreat.
Nature Heals.
When I was 14 years old, I took my first week-long canoe trip in Algonquin Provincial Park.
It changed my life.
Since then, I’ve continued to learn in and from nature.
People of the South African Bushveldt say “Modern culture is 3 days deep.”
In nature, our nervous system recalibrates to a profoundly healing state that many of us have forgotten.
Here, we can see ourselves honestly, with no distractions.
Here, we can heal and find peace.
Private Retreats
I typically prefer to host private retreats with individuals (1-1). Groups may be considered based on shared goals or circumstances.
During each journey, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself better, connect with your inner world, and if you desire, be guided through deep somatic healing and self-exploration using my methods.
Please note before requesting to book that these experiences typically start at around $1500 USD, as much planning, training, and work is required to make them happen.
A note on safety in the backcountry: As of December 2024, I am a certified Wilderness First Responder and have extensive training on managing injuries and medical emergencies in low-resource environments. Rest assured that you will be well cared for physically and emotionally.
Retreat Options
-
Together, we’ll spend 2-5 days paddling in the coastal waters of British Columbia’s Sea to Sky Marine Trail.
During this experience we will navigate beautiful land and seascapes, while also traversing your inner world, helping you find peace, clarity, and healing.
On this journey, we will bring our own food, water, and camping gear. We will build our camp in the afternoon and take it down in the morning. We will canoe anywhere from 10-30km each day depending on your trip goals and experience.
Other locations will be considered upon request.
-
Experience beautiful remote mountain landscapes in British Columbia.
This more physically demanding style of trip is not for the faint of heart. It will help you to meet your edge physically and mentally. You will help carry some of the gear, as well as to cook, clean, and set up camp.
Along with my guided practices, this trip is designed to help you discover a newly empowered version of yourself.

For those seeking a less physically demanding experience that focuses more on healing and inner work.
This retreat entails renting a private cabin somewhere along the coast or in the forest of British Columbia. At your request, we can also hire a private chef to prepare all of our meals for us.
In the serene beauty of a private cabin, we will work together to help you break through deep emotional barriers, transform trauma, and discover a newfound sense of peace.
