This is a meditation I created to help you embody the vision for your life that you desire.
Listen to it on a regular basis (daily if you can) for best results.
The most important component for success is connecting with the visual “memory” and the emotions simultaneously. This is because our memories are strongest when they have emotions tied to them. This is how we change our self-perception – how we feel about ourselves.
Use the shortened version below if you are already in a state of deep relaxation, such as right as you wake up in the morning, after a nap, or following another meditation.
